Howard Gardner
(1943- )
Much like L.L. Thurstone, Howard Gardner agreed that there are multiple parts to intelligence. However after extensive studies with people with savant syndrome, he came up with his own categories to his "multiple intelligence" theory. Unlike Thurstone, Gardner's categories included: visual-spatial, musical, verbal, mathematical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and kinesthetic.
